Pay: $22–$26/hr Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift Available Overview Seeking skilled Assemblers and Machine Operators to build and assemble wood products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools, operating production equipment, and performing quality inspections. Key Responsibilities Assemble wood components and frames using hand and power tools Operate saws, sanders, routers, and other manufacturing equipment Perform quality inspections and verify measurements Load, stack, and move materials throughout the facility Collaborate with a team of 4–5 employees daily Tools & Equipment Drills Routers Tape measures Calipers Squares Automated saws and cutting equipment Requirements Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Experience with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality standards Reliable attendance and teamwork skills Ability to stand, bend, and lift 40–50 lbs throughout the shift Wood manufacturing facility Fast-paced production setting PPE and safety equipment provided Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Company-paid Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Wellness programs and incentives Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Belgrade, MN. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
